Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy — UUK Group
UUK Group has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. This policy is made under the UK Bribery Act 2010 and applies to all employees, contractors, agents and associated persons.
What Is Prohibited
- Offering, giving, requesting or accepting a bribe
- Facilitation payments of any kind
- Gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence decisions
- Corrupt conduct by or on behalf of associated third parties
Due Diligence
UUK Group applies proportionate anti-bribery due diligence to third parties acting on our behalf, particularly in higher-risk jurisdictions or sectors.
